What this site collects

• Your account and applications

  Name, email, phone, location, experience and anything you write in the form are stored privately in the site database and used only for hiring. They are never sold, never public, and never used for anything else.

• Your CV

  Uploaded CVs are stored privately and shown only to authorized reviewers. They are never published, indexed or shared.

• Support conversations

  Chat and ticket transcripts are kept so support can follow up and hand over to a person. Ask for deletion and they are removed.

• Your motion preference

  The motion toggle writes one value to localStorage so the site remembers your choice. It contains no identifier and leaves your device only if you export it.

• No tracking

  There is no analytics script, no tracking pixel and no third-party embed.

What a real notice must contain

• The identity of the controller — that is PLACEHOLDER and must be a real, contactable legal entity.
• The lawful basis for each processing purpose, in the operating jurisdiction.
• Retention periods per data category, and what triggers deletion.
• Data subject rights, how to exercise them, and any statutory time limit to respond.
• International transfers and the safeguards relied on.
• How automated screening output is processed and how a human review is ensured.
• The supervisory authority and the right to complain.
